This week, Jaclyn and David stayed with us while Steve and Louise went to Las Vegas. We went to the Topeka Zoo on their last full day with us. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful 4th of July. Curt's parents were the grand marshalls, and our family float won first place.

Sarah's Big Catch

We went to the Bass Pro Shop for Father's Day. Sarah got her picture taken there. Now she is ready to go to Canada and catch some real fish.

First Grade Field Trip

May 19 was my birthday and Sarah's first grade field trip. I got to go with her class on the trip to the Topeka Zoo. It was a beautiful day. We went on a zoo tour, had lunch in the park, and went on a train ride. It was a fun day!

Slug Bug!

I finally have my dream car. Curt went to Tulsa on Monday and traded his Tahoe for a 2000 VW Beetle. It only has 51,000 miles! I love it! It is a blast to drive.
